GTT Nanaimo, Downtown Public Library Tour, Talking Books, Outreach Services, January 28, 2017

Join the CCB and NOVI for this fabulous presentation of the Public Libraries Talking Book and outreach services, and engage in a lively discussion on the many ways of accessing reading material, from portable and desktop talking book machines, to video magnifying systems for large print, and smart phone applications to access both print and audio book titles.

See the attached poster for more info, and join us at the Vancouver Island Regional Library, Nanaimo Downtown, 90 Commercial Street from 10:00 AM until approximately 12:00 Noon. This meeting will be followed by a walk to a local downtown restaurant for lunch and further discussion with those who can attend.
